The Ambassador Committee is a new program established in the CAI West Florida Chapter. It's mission is to have experienced and knowledgeable Chapter Members reach out to new individuals who have recently joined CAI West Florida. Ambassadors make each new member feel welcome to the CAI West Florida Chapter and answer any questions they have along with introducing them to other members of the Chapter. Committee does not meet regularly.

The Business Partner Committee's purpose is to develop and provide information through interactive programs enhancing the Business Partner experience in the CAI West Florida Chapter. Responsibilities include planning a quarterly Business Partner program with relevant topics and information. Committee meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00 am.

The CA Day Committee is responsible for all aspects of Community Associations Day held annually in March. Areas include venue selection, venue decoration, promotion, registration, security, signage, giveaways, and staffing for the day of the event. The Golf Committees are responsible for planning and staffing the annual Spring and Fall Golf Tournaments for CAI. Volunteer opportunities include registration, greeters, goody bag stuffers, beverage distributors and much more. Committee is seasonal and meets Wednesdays at 3:00 pm

The Nominating Committee reviews applicants for the upcoming Board of Directors Election. The Committee certifies the results of the election prior to the announcement of newly and re-elected Board Members. Committee must include Immediate Past President (Chair), the President-Elect and three Chapter Volunteers. A Homeowner Leader must occupy one of the volunteer positions and no membership type may represent the majority of this Committee. Committee based on the schedule of events determined by the Board of Directors Election.
